Banter Update
Since I have such a wide range of randomness going on with this blog I decided to re-categorize everything on here. On the downside it totally screwed up my order that I had all the Banter in so a lot of things that were already posted got pushed to the front page as if it was a new post, but now everything is has helpful links to make it easier to find specific content on the page. The reason I did this is because a few people had mentioned that I have been putting up a lot of more quick random posts, which is true, but I like doing those and they entertain me (which has been the point of this blog). In an effort to have more of a middle ground I figured by adding some categories readers would have the option to only filter content they were wanting to see. Any way hope it works out, feedback is always appreciated as well.

Simply wow, I dont even know what to say about this other than its sorta arousing in a comically strange way, ok no its not. It seems to be the new trend to put every thing that I loved as a kid into a burlesque show. I'm not entirely against this, in fact I loved the Star Wars show that they did in La but still, slimer that a little weird even for me. At Least I know who Im gonna call!
Darth Vader Has The Same Phone As Me!!!
Fuck yeah Vader sells Android, the force is strong with this one! Ok this wasnt the reason that I choose to get a galaxy phone from Samsung, but I feel a lot better about it now, anything that Darth Vader gives a thumbs up to will at least get me to turn my head if not convert me into an instant buyer. Android/Samsung good job advertising on this one.

Stafford and the Injury Thing
A lot of talk going around about the idea of Matthew Stafford being injury prone, this might be just my opinion, but I don’t think you can call the guy injury prone unless you put a O-Line around him that has the talent to protect him. Quarterbacks are gonna get hit, its part of the game, but the line shouldn’t be allowing a guy like Peppers to be hitting the QB blind. What was more fucked up, and what concerns me more than the Peppers hit, is when he went out for the rest of the year in the Jets game. Matty didn't even get hit and all of a sudden hes out for the rest of the season?! It sucks because of all the people on the team Stafford is one of the people that would be essential for this team to be productive, I don’t know how he bounces back from this, now that he has had surgery on his shoulder it might make him a better QB but who knows. I think if the Lions want to be taken seriously as a post season threat they need this kid to give them 16 games this year (assuming the lockout ends and we get all 16 games). Hopefully his arm isn't ripped out of socket again in the first week of the season.

Captain America Fuck Yea!!
I've been kind of wondering for a whole how is Captain America going to to in theaters outside of the USA. I mean it's not like if there was a movie coming out called "Captain France" that anyone in America would be interested in going to see that. Recently I found out that the movie is just going to be titled "The First Avenger" in other countrys so yeah. Regardless, this poster came up during my daily interneting and its awesome! I kinda doubt its a poster that will be used by the studio, somehow punching Hitler out for your poster might be seen as poor taste, still this is hands down the best poster that will be out for what is most likely to be a flop and dissapointment of a movie.
Dexter Season 5 and My Thoughts
Well were through another season of Dexter. Gotta say this was probably the biggest let down of a season finale I have seen on this show so far. I didn’t like how the demise of Jordan Chase was discovered by Deb but essentially was treated like she didn’t see anything. I wasn’t thrilled with the ending to Quin’s story line, seems like it was wrapped a little to quickly. The only thing that I’m really happy about is that Lumen is gone, and with her being gone I have renewed hope that season six will get us a little closer to the Dexter that I know and love. I feel like a lot of the things that happened this season were an experiment, hopefully that experiment is over and the show can bounce back to its standard form Dexter and only Dexter strapping someone on his table and releasing that darkness.
Tron Legacy : A Late Review
Tron was flat out one of the most entertaining movies of 2010. Visualy stunning and entertaining well beyond my expectations. Jeff Bridges is awesome as usual in this movie and I was totally amazed by how young the make up department was able to make him look at parts of this movie. Quorra is easily the hottest movie chick of 2010 also, yeah her character is pretty cool but really I would have been ok with her just standing around looking hot. As good as the casting was in this movie it still is second to how wonderful the look and feel of this movie is. Honestly if I was to be locked in a digital prison created by my own brain I could only hope it be as impressive as the Grid turned out to be.
Our Idiot Brother Review
I'll be the first to admit that I will give any movie with Paul Rudd in it a chance, and throwing in Zooey Deschanel doesn't hurt either. So this is a movie where the cast go my attention before hearing anything else about the movie, so onto my opinion on the movie. Our Idiot Brother doesn't deliver the laughs that some of the prior roles Paul Rudd has taken, however the movie is still entertaining and at times kinda sweet. Honestly Ned (Rudd's character) isn't so much an idiot as he is a genuine person, and apparently that ends up costing in the world that we live in. Essentially you get to watch Ned spend about 20 minuets pissing off each one of his sisters until he pisses whichever sister off that he is currently with and moves on to the next. Without spoiling the movie, it wraps up in a really sweet way (especially if your a dog lover), whats weird about it is that the movie takes a turn and pretty much tailspins into a finish/coming of age type story. Our Idiot Brother isn't without it's charm and would be appealing to a fairly wide scale audience so no one should really have to shy away from this one. However, it still is a bit lackluster and could have befitted from some Apatow style writing that we have come to expect from a Rudd character regardless if Apatow is involved with the movie or not. Putting it on a 5 star rating scale, I'd score this right around 3 stars. Middle of the road and entertaining, but not to par with the casts previous body of work.
Batman Miley Cyrus and a Bear
I'm not sure why Batman didn't allow this bear to kick Miley's skank ass first but this is still pretty awesome.
